Mike formed Total in its current form as a sole owner in 2003. Mike has worked in the steel industry man and boy and has a broad knowledge of the construction sector along with a keen business sense. Mike has set he values of the company to not only do what is best for Total but also what is best for all stakeholders of the business, his 3 C’s framework is how we aim to conduct all of our dealings and this comes direct from the top. Mike is not only MD at Total but also a director of his boyhood club Warrington Wolves, they also sought to use his strong personal values and business sense in order to further their development and they continue to flourish on and off the field because of it.
